My first record

The first record I remember listening to – over and over and over, according to my mom – was Little April Showers. It was a child’s record with one song on each side. (I can’t remember what was on the other side.) Little April Showers was featured in the movie Bambi. Even listening to it now, I can see why I liked it so much. It’s the perfect musical rendering of a spring rain storm, complete with crashing lightning. Once again, thanks to Youtube, here it is:
